The Contrived DR at Wakulla. The reality of retaliation begins.

NOVEMBER 5, 2021: Wakulla synopsis leading to William Westervelt’s contrived DR.

William’s family has worked tirelessly and diligently to acquire the FDC documents that are embedded in this blog. These official FDC documents substantiate occurrences and timelines of the Florida Department of Corrections actions notated in this blog.

As these occurrences ( noted in the Willams plight story document) began to unfold, the family began emailing and making telephone calls to the FDC state classification office and Mark Inch, in Tallahassee on these troubling matters and to also advocate for William Westervelt’s heroic efforts and to advocate for William to finish serving his last two years in FDC in an incentive camp.

While at Wakulla C.I.- PMU on 9/9/21 William was brought to the administration building. Where he was met FDC state classification officer Robert Gould who stated he was there to speak about the events about Dade DCI. He went on to state that he received a letter from Sgt. Penny Sullivan who substantiated and praised William for his quick thinking actions and saving her life. The conversation then took a negative turn as Mr. Gould began to address the issues involving his coworker FDC State Classification Ms. Williams. In the end it was made clear the FDC would not acknowledge the event of William saving Sgt. Williams life. If William and his family stop pressing these issues he would have William transferred to Madison C.I. which is an incentive camp. Yet, this was nothing special as one only needs 2 years DR free to attend this camp. William has been DR free for over 5 years.

William phoned home and explained what had happened. After much thought the family and William decided they would continue forward seeking truth and transparency from FDC. Within days William would be placed in confinement and again he would receive a falsified D.R. This was easy to accomplish as Wakulla CI is literally minutes from Tallahassee and as William would later learn most of the staff knew state classification officers Gould and Williams.

Furthermore, there are people in FDC who do not want the attempted murder cover-up at Dade C.I. reemerging.  This is why William received a contrived DR and was hidden away in confinement. He was threatened and subjected to a series of cruel and unusual punishments.  Based on Williams past trauma and the current intensity of the physical, and emotional abuses he was now being subjected to by some Wakulla PM staff he would suffer a mental breakdown. It was only due to the intervention of the Wakulla Mental Health staff, who were aware of what was going on that William would literally be rescued. In which they would have him taken out of confinement and transferred to a Mental Health Unit. Ironically, he would be transferred to the Dade C.I. – T.C.U., where this all started. There are some staff who remembered William and his life saving actions of one of their own. Currently, William is safe and receiving much needed help. But that could change at any given moment.

Former Sgt. Sullivan has been actively working on finding out the truth and contacting FDC agencies for more answers but also attempting to protect William from these contrived atrocities.

But more importantly FDC certainly can not attack her as she is a twenty (20) year retired FDC Sargent. Yet, individuals within FDC are doing everything in their power to prevent this story from reemerging by attacking William Westervelt with contrived DR’s and questionable classification decisions.
